Puffy balls - diet made sweet

Low carb dessert 
Cooking time: 20 min


  • 250g Mascarpone cheese or Ricotta
  • Crushed almonds, walnuts or peanuts - you can use coconut also
  • Saccharine liquid or powder (2-3 spoons, to taste)
  • Rum or brandy 1 spoon


Mix everything until it forms a smooth paste. If it is too soft add more crushed almonds.

Make small balls and powder with cocoa or coconut or crushed almonds.

The ideal dessert for diet, since it has practically very few carbs, so enjoy it without qualms
