A delightful and easy tiramisu dessert for any occasion
Cooking time: 1hour
Mix the eggs yolks with the sugar until they reach a lighter color. Add Mascarpone cheese and mix until you get a smooth cream.
In a separate bowl beat egg whites until foaming. Pour the egg white foam slowly over the mascarpone cream and mix gently with a spoon.
Dip the biscuits very quickly into the coffee and line them in a pan with no empty spaces between them. Spoon half of the cream over the first layer of biscuits. Put another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee and spoon the remaining cream over them.
Dust with extra grated chocolate or cocoa powder and leave in the fridge a few hours.
